Pega el enlace de un anuncio de Airbnb o Booking.com. Leemos el número de registro que muestra y lo buscamos en el Registro de Turismo de Andalucía. Si es válido te decimos a qué vivienda corresponde; si no, qué falla.
Paste an Airbnb or Booking.com link. We read the registration number it displays and look it up in the Andalusian Tourism Register. If it's valid we tell you which flat it belongs to; if not, what's wrong.
Antes de empezar. Airbnb: pega el enlace y leemos el número automáticamente. Booking.com: no permite leer sus anuncios automáticamente, así que tendrás que escribir el número que muestra (en «Letra pequeña» o «Información legal»). Otras plataformas (Vrbo, webs propias…): escribe el número en «Número que aparece».
Before you start. Airbnb: paste the link and we read the number automatically. Booking.com: doesn't allow its adverts to be read automatically, so you'll need to type the number it shows (under “Fine print” or “Legal information”). Other platforms (Vrbo, own websites…): type the number under “Number shown”.
Cómo leer el resultado. Un número que no está en el registro es una discrepancia, no una prueba de que la vivienda sea ilegal: hay anfitriones con licencia que no la muestran y algunos registros no se publican. Algunos alojamientos están exentos (alquileres de más de dos meses, hoteles). Más detalles.
Reading the result. A number that isn't in the register is a discrepancy, not proof that a flat is illegal: some licensed hosts don't display their number and a few registrations aren't published. Some lets are exempt (stays over two months, hotels). More detail.
Consultamos el anuncio una sola vez, sin iniciar sesión, y no guardamos los enlaces que compruebas (solo una caché temporal de unas horas).
